Who do you write to or call (call Preferably)? i’m unhappy with the dental care i’m receiving. I was supposed to receive braces years ago ? i contacted my dentist and they told me after my first orthodontic appointment the orthodentist sent my records to my local hospital but later discovered he sent them to another hospital thinking it was my local hospital. I pursued the case and they told me i had an appointment coming up ? then i contacted again and they told me there was no record of me ?. all very confusing and frustrating.

You can write to the British Dental Association or your local health authority..or just go to the dentist and ask what the fcuk is going on
Hey
My mum is a customer service officer within the Westkent NHS area. I know from being in and out of her office that you need to ring your dental practice or where ever you go and ask them for assistance. You need to write to you practice manager of the practice attend.
There you will be able ot forward you complaint, where the person will have to investigate and write back to you with some form of a response within a certain amount of time.
If you write, just call your practice for the address, the customer service area have to reply to your letter within 2 days of recieving your letter that they are going to investigate your matter.
After all this a meeting maybe arranged for you and the area that you are concernedwith to help resolve your matter. Or the customer service area maybe able to sort your issue themsel
Hope that helps
