My husband just bought one and it worked great for him.He has used a cpap for 10 years and this worked really well. We were surprised at how well it worked. He didn’t quit breathing once while using it, and he does that without he cpap or this really inexpensive little device. It cost I think about $60. He Got it on the internet or from theTV commercial. Be forewarned that dogs think this is a great chew toy. We have to buy another one as of this morning! So be sure to put in the storage container it comes with.
My mother used it. Some of the others devices worked better.

On the link below, I found an article that says snorers face a 67% increased risk of stroke. So, it’s serious business to stop the snoring.
My neighbor does and said it is very beneficial and worth it!
